    Call us to schedule an in-home consultation and we will bring everything to you! Our in-home consultations are free of charge and it allows us to ensure that everything you order perfectly complements your home décor and meets your functional needs.

  • How and when do I pay?

    Terms are a 60 percent deposit on all custom-made products at the time you place your order. When the project is fully installed, the remaining balance is due. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    We’re locally owned and operated, so we know the neighborhood and understand local preferences and design styles. Our staff is highly trained and experienced as we don’t sub-contract design and installation. We’re committed to providing you with a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience.

  • Why do we do the measuring?

    Window fashions are more complex than you might think. Many questions arise when we come to your home about how you will use your window fashions, how often you will operate them, whether you have children or pets in the home, what furniture might be placed in front of the window, etc.

    We know how to ask the right questions to make sure your window treatments function for optimal performance and ease of use. A measuring job done inaccurately can cost you lots of money if window fashions don’t fit correctly.

    In addition, many homes have imperfections in window shape or protrusions that an expert can address up front to prevent window treatment problems later.

  • How long does it take?

    All of our products are custom made to your exact specifications, and some take longer than others to produce and ship to us. Typical turnaround is 3 weeks from the date of order with plantation shutters averaging 3-4 weeks. Once we receive a shipping confirmation from the factory, we will call to schedule the installation date.
